No Show, Cancellation and Dismissal Policy

At Welden Village Dental, we strive to provide each patient with a dedicated appointment time, ensuring the best possible care. To help us maintain this standard, we have a No Show-Cancellation Policy in place. A $25 penalty fee will be applied to any missed dental appointments or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice. This policy allows us to accommodate other patients who may need urgent care.

In addition, if a patient has three no-show appointments, they may be dismissed from our practice. We greatly value your understanding and adherence to this policy, which helps us serve all our patients more efficiently. We look forward to continuing to provide you with the care and attention you deserve.

Please note that if the patient does not confirm their appointment at least 48 hours in advance, the appointment may be subject to cancellation. To better accommodate everyone’s needs, we have begun scheduling other patients in unconfirmed time slots. To secure the appointment, the patient must confirm it no later than 48 hours prior.
